Came home last night and the AC was blowing out heat in the summer. Called EHS from a google search locally and talked to David. David was very helpful and scheduled a visit for the am.
Service Engineer Rocky called ahead to verify and showed up on time in the am. He was very professional and was able to help lower costs with some good suggestions. He was a very impressive young man. Professional and knowledgeable.

The house is getting cooler and the family is happy.
These guys are amazing! You can't live in Texas without A/C during the summer, so when mine went last week during the middle of the night I was freaking out. I called them first thing in the morning and they made it out within a few hours to fix the problem. The customer service both by the phone salesman and the repair man was amazing, couldn't have asked for anything better. I even checked the price after the work was all done by calling around to a couple of places and the price I paid was significantly less than the other estimates. Great service, great price, and quick timing, what else can you ask for?
David was professional and genuine. I felt that he gave us his honest and professional opinion. He gave us advice and didn't try to push selling things to us as other companies have done trying to take advantage of first time home owners. Highly recommend!
We were having work done our our house ( painting etc) one of the workers tapping in a nail hit the ac copper line by mistake forcing us to lose freon and make a "weekend" call to this company to come repair. The technician did call and prior to arrival without seeing damage quoted one price. (700-750). I've never had a company do this before, I figured that perhaps they did it as a scare tactic not to come? When getting here, again, without climbing a ladder to see what was wrong he looked up and said, oh I'm going to charge you $600.00 for labor then $279.00 for 3 lbs of freon and because I think you need 4.1 lbs of freon it'll be an additional $65.00 per pound. Although hard to swallow, we agreed. Then the tech proceeded to mumble that he had to get on a ladder and he was getting to old to carry a ladder. Then, when husband spoke to tech to find out if he had a price sheet so we could see what the astronomical fee being charged detailed out to be... and what charges were etc.Then he told him we could get a discount if we bought a service agreement, so we agreed thinking we could at least get a break and gain a service in return. WELL... when I signed final bill, i asked if 15 % discount was reflected, he said, yes, the math I did clearly did not show a discount. Ultimately, the tech had a bad attitude, didn't want to be here and perhaps that was part of my rub, in a "service" industry I would expect more. Be wary of this company. Get all ITEMIZED items upfront. #lessonlearned
Our Warranty Company would not replace our old Air Conditioning System, so we called Efficient Home Solutions and they sent a service technician out to our home. He gave us several options to work with, we decided on a New Goodman 13 SEER system, they installed it last Thursday evening and what a difference it has made in our comfort. Thanks EHS.
David Rivera visited our home and made several excellent recommendations about how to improve our HVAC efficiency. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured or like I was being sold to. I highly recommend Efficient Home Solutions.
Came to our home last year. Our AC Unit kept shutting off on it's own. The tech determined it was a bad switch with he quickly bypassed. He could have charged us a few hundred for a new one but gave us the option to save us some money on an already old unit. He provided great advice. Was on time. Was friendly but professional and knowledgeable. We will call him again this year!!!
Ben England was fantastic and listened to what I was saying before he performed his work. Three other companies came out and automatically pushed for a new unit and up to $20,000!!! All we needed at this point is gas to be filled in the unit and it is cooling now. He recommended another service and will come back Friday to do a follow up !! Thank you Ben England
AC Compressor blew out at 4pm on a hot day. Called up Efficient Home Solutions, they had a guy (Michael) there by 7:15pm. Very friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly. Full compressor replacement is always a pain, but they got someone out there that night, who came to *start* the install at 10:30pm. He worked til 12:30am and left only when the house was blowing nice and cold. And no after hour fees. Service doesn't get any better than that. Highly recommend these guys.
