Let this provide my high recommendations for Efficient Home Solutions as an HVAC company. They provide me excellent and on-going HVAC maintenance and repair service.

When it comes to service and performance, EHS works to earn business and performs admirably.
Their service agreement and prices save us money on a yearly basis. Out of several other bids, theirs was best in savings and quality of work.

Everyone at Efficient Home Solutions is very effective in each area. From Amanda, Receptionist and Techs (well trained professionals) to the Owner, who once came himself, everyone is very courteous, hardworking and diligent. They told me what to expect and delivered "as promised". This is my second year working with EHS. I plan to continue with them for a long time because I am so satisfied.

I had a full HVAC home replacement done on my mid century home in Plano yesterday by EHS. After taking bids from numerous contractors EHS's bid made the most sense. They offered the right units at a fair price. David & Mark's team did a fantastic job. They came on time and finished the entire job in one day. Excellent work, excellent service!

It started with the free energy audit where the owner came out and gave us all this quick DIY stuff that we could implement to help save energy costs.

Then, we needed to replace our attic insulation as it was over 30 years old, and the team was quick, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and finished ahead of schedule! The pricing was also as good as it gets. We shopped it around and no one could beat their quote. Also, we are saving $ on our electric bill each month with the new insulation, so it won't take long to break even. Well worth the investment.
We are so glad we went with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

When my 20 year old air conditioning units started to challenge the lawn mower to see who was louder, my daunting adventure began. I had to have entire HVAC systems replaced but which brand? which contractor? do they have good financing program? any gimmicks? BBB rating? good reviews/bad reviews? real reviews/fake reviews? any good references? and so on… After extensive research on several reputable contractors, I interviewed 6 of them and received estimates. I made apple-to-apple comparison and had decided to go with “Efficient Home Solutions” (their estimate was not the lowest). To make the story short, they did fantastic job from the start to the finish. 2 great gentlemen (David and Rocky) showed excellent professionalism, were always willing to answer all my questions and fulfilled all the picky requests in timely manner with BIG smile. Their crews worked very hard not only in replacing entire HVAC systems but in protecting my floors and cleaning up after the work. A city inspector inspected the installation and he said they did very good and clean job. My adventure didn’t end up slaying a dragon and earning a big kiss from a princess but getting a quiet and comfortable home back.

Between my parents and I, we have used EHS several times now. It has been a good experience every time. They respond promptly, do professional work, and the pricing is fair.

Most recently, when I explained my issue to make an appointment, their technician realized my problem could be fixed quickly. He called and told me what to do over the phone, which saved me the service visit fee.

EHS is the only HVAC company I will work with because the customer experience is so good.

Was referred to EHS by the guys at 343 Inspection (highly recommend for home inspections by the way) and they delivered. Came out Thursday evening to give me an estimate on replacing my 34 year old heating system. Super fair and honest. Explained all options to me clearly, gave me a good education on HVAC, and even showed me all the major issues my system had. Installers were out the next morning and had everything installed and back up running in under 4hrs. Guys were super professional and took good care of my home. Look forward to them coming back out shortly to install my roof vents.

Edit : Manuel and his partner just came out to install 2 new air handlers/whirly birds in my roof. 40min later they were done and had removed the old electric air vent. Fast, efficient, and took the time to explain the product plus some feedback of my attic area. Great company full of professionals who know what they're doing.

Total replacement of 2 high efficiency furnaces and AC units, ductwork, removal of rock wool insulation and replacement with r60 at our request.
David was great to work with on our redesign and upgrades of our HVAC. He spent all the time I asked to make sure we would get what we wanted out of the project. We ended up rezoning the AC units and added appropriate returns and supply to make sure everything would work as expected.

HVAC crews were some of the most professional and cleanest I have ever dealt. They were thorough in their work and even impressed the city inspector. They were able to complete all the work in a few days and made sure we were not without climate control. They were respectful of our home and made sure we were all right with any site changes to the plan. Everything about them screams professional.

We now have two top tier Dave Lennox systems that provide a 3-5 mile per hour breeze through out home at all times. Even with running the fan more, we are seeing a 30-35% energy savings in summer and winter so far. The house smells so fresh and is so comfortable.

The insulation team did a fantastic job of removing the old Rockwool and then when the time came for the new insulation were able to get the 3100 square foot house completed in a single day. Absolutely no mess anywhere in the house.

I cannot recommend EHS and David's teams enough. I will let them work on my other home when the time comes. They are a great locally owned business that cares about their customers and the results of the work they do.

Efficient Home Solutions is, one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! They have come to my rescue for the past three summers; all on weekends and holidays. When my outside unit went out last year, they put in another one on the 4th of July. This year my inside unit went out and I couldn't afford another until. They worked with me througout the summer until they were able to find me a solution. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional; yet they maintain a kindness and compassion I beleive is rare in the business world.
