EHS did a stellar job! Our AC went out, and we had called another company to check it out (same company that had installed our previous system 17 years ago but now under new ownership), and we were not too impressed with the salesperson who seemed quick to sell us on a new HVAC system. We were about to go with him, however, but I gave EHS a chance to see what they offered, and my husband and I were much more impressed with our sales guy, Rocky, who took his time explaining the product, which he seems to understand well, and could answer our questions, and more. He was not pushy and kept his commitment to time, quality of workmanship, and inspection of the job. We were very satisfied with the entire experience, and it was done in a very timely manner especially in the middle of July with triple-digit temperatures. I wholly recommend this company based on our experience. Oh! and we even got a better deal than the first company!!

Efficient worked on my AC on A Friday, added Freon and ran dye to determine if there was a leak-$500
The following week ac was not cooling so called them back out. They came and saw the leak was on the coil in the inside unit. Coils needed replacing. I was told they would call next morning about when they could get part and price. I had to call them back and then at 5pm they finally called. I was told it would be $1600 to replace the coils. Then they went on to say they needed all the money before they would even order the parts! Disgusting customer service, pay for work before it’s done? Hell no. Had the work done by another AC contractor with in 24 hours.
Do not do business with this business!!!

This is the second service I have had from Efficient Home Solutions. The first was a separate heating issue (new home owner) that was resolved quickly and fairly and the technician gave me a lot of information on what to look for in the future. Remembering that, I called them when I had an AC issue a year later and requested the same technician. Arrived on time, quickly assessed my issues, and resolved them... while again relaying a lot of really good info about my particular system. I was unaware of a couple of routine maintenance items (again, new home) that I am now armed with information to include in my regular routines. I continue to be impressed with both the quality of work, the price and the professionalism of Efficient Home Solutions. Efficient Home Solutions has installed two furnace/AC units for us. We've always been very happy with the quality of service they've provide. All of their techs are knowledgeable and responsive. Last two service calls have been with Ben, who is super courteous and does great work. I recommend EHS without hesitation.

Our Air Conditioner kept going out and had severe problems. We have a 93 year old sweet lady living at the house. It was around 100 degrees outside. We needed the air conditioner to consistently function.

They were so nice and so professional. The technician came out. He was wonderful. He repaired the air conditioner quickly. And, even more amazing is how inexpensive the charge was. I cannot say enough about how good the service from this company is; from the receptionist to the supervisor to the technician. Absolutely fantastic. I am now a customer for life. I feel so fortunate to have found this company. I highly recommend them!

David and his team are the best! I had several bids and David was the only one who truly looked into my issues and came up with a truly customized solution. He recommended duct work that helped my AC function at its best. No other company recommended this, and they were ALL WRONG! In addition, his team was professional, clean, and on time.

I'm a busy guy and like to get things done. I am also hard of hearing and requested a quote for my home and they wanted phone numbers and e mails or they wouldn't give me a quote. "Good luck with your project" pff..... Call green attics for insulation removal and respect.

So far our interaction with this company has been excelente. Jordan came out to give us a quote for a project on our older home. He explained which product would benefit us most and the process of how the team would complete the job. We are in budgeting and planning stages for this project. They build great rapport and have scheduled to follow up. We hope to do business with them soon.

I recently purchased a 100 year old home with very poor insulation. David’s team was by far the best quote for having insulation blown into the attic— the crew was professional and clean and got my job done very quickly. I recently got my gas bill for the month of February and was pleased to see my February gas usage was lower than my January usage (insulation was blown in at the end of January) despite the recent snow-pocalypse in Dallas! The insulation is already providing great return on investment and reducing my need to run my gas heater.
