We have used them for our last 3 homes. They have an amazing preventive maintenance service we use and then they did an inspection on the AC units on our new home before we moved in which was super helpful. They targeted key repairs we needed, which helped us tremendously. They made great suggestions on which AC units to replace with when they needed replacement. They are the only AC company we trust and we know there is a lot of them in DFW. They will take great care of you!

Called Dallas Air Pros at 8 AM this morning and the technician, Gary, arrived a little after 11 AM. Gary was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dallas Air Pros!

The office personal were prompt, informative, and incredibly caring in regards to my situation. There's a Super Hero named Ed M. who was able to diagnose, repair, and return my HVAC unit back to its former glory within 30 minutes. He was kind, courteous, and incredibly professional. I got so lucky! My ac went out my friend gave me the name of Dallas Air Pros and the owner (Jack) Was my serviceman. He was so nice, professional, I immediate felt safe and trusting with him. He fixed everything for way less than I was prepared so Bonus! And I’m. A proud member now with regular service checks and maintenance items covered and executed without me having to mark my Cali and calling someone. This company does a very good job. Even though my install was for two new units (replacing one old unit), the job was done in two days. The work crews were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing for the install was competitive. The company is owned and operated by an Air Force veteran, so that is a positive also. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.`

This past weekend, Saturday evening we had a power surge and when the power was restored our older unit downstairs wouldn’t come on, so no A/C in the downstairs of our home. Sunday morning early, now this is Father’s Day Morning, I called Jack and he had one of his A/C techs knocking on my door 1 hour after i called him. I opened the door and a young man introduced himself to me as Josiah with Dallas Air Pros. I’m telling you this man went right to work on our system and within 30 minutes we were up and running. Jack has come out to do an estimate for me on a unit that needs replacing soon and come out for repairs on another unit. Both times he answered the phone quickly, came out the same day, and followed up repeatedly to make sure the work was done right or we didn't have any more questions/concerns. Customer service and professionalism are impeccable. His prices are great, and he stands behind his work. He will work very hard to earn and keep your business.
