Classic Heating and Air

We had a new AC/Heating system installed by Classic Heating and Air 2 years ago. They are an amazing family owned business. Every experience I have had with them has been extremely positive. We had our most recent regularly scheduled service with them today. All of their techs are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for your air and heating needs.

We have two houses with two AC units in each and have had Classic Heating and Air replace all four units over the past two years. We have been 100% satisfied with the equipment as well as the installations and service. It has been very refreshing that EVERY single one of their employees is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and above all, VERY RESPECTFUL. This is true of Travis when he answers my phone call at the office, for Dak Jones when he is either coordinating an installation or following up on a service call, for all of the installers throughout the process, for Michael when he comes to provide our Fall or Spring Check/Tune-ups... and, of course, it’s always true of both Dane and Seth!

I strongly recommend Classic Heating and Air to all my friends and to anyone who is looking for outstanding heating or air conditioning products, professional installations and owners/employees who you can trust to do a great job and stand behind their work.

My home heat went out for a brief moment - right as 30s temps started in DFW - so I called Classic Heating and they were great. Michael, the technician, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a routine check-up, verified and fixed what could have been the issue, and he even gave me maintenance/cleaning tips on the heating and AC units to make them last longer. Grateful for your service, Michael.

All of the staff and techs at Classic AC are truly Classy.

They are efficient, reasonable and actually made it out on same day call for service today. It’s like 107 today and they got me up and running within the hour of showing up. They also checked my Freon levels and all other areas of the unit.

Besides being a great outfit, they do the majority of the work for the Hopes Door, New Beginnings non profit organization that I work with. We have several facilities and we never have to worry about their service techs, they are always pleasant, honest and professional plus the cost is always reasonable.

It’s a great company and I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone.
