it all started with the maintenance call for AC not blowing cold air. Munawar Soomro (the owner) scheduled the time when he can come to investigate with upfront cost for the investigation. He showed up on time and presented me his findings with short term and long term solution.
I ended up replacing the entire unit with him and liked his consultation about which company and unit to go with. I did my own assessment and found the matching result. the entire process of replacing the unit was very smooth. he was kind enough to agree on payment options to suite my need.
he gained my trust due to upfront and honest conversation about the issue. I have since then referred him couple of other places with nothing but positive feedback from others too.

I'm grateful to have found Manny (Munawar) as it is rare to come across a technician who is not only knowledgeable and experienced but is also honest, personable, and thorough. I've become skeptical of service professionals now a days as it is all too common to hear of homeowners being taken advantage of by dishonest and lazy "professionals" trying to make a quick buck. Thankfully, isn't the case with Manny.

Leading up to my scheduled appointment, Manny was accommodating towards my schedule and kept a great line of communication. He arrived within the estimated time slot and upon entering our home, put on disposable shoe covers as he noticed that our household doesn't wear shoes in the house. I was very appreciative of his perceptiveness and respect for our home as I have a toddler who spends a lot of time playing on the floor. We went into the attic where he quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue all the while explaining to me what he was doing. He also noticed an unusual noise from the unit and did some digging around, eventually finding a sticker that had peeled off the unit and was flapping around inside. He also took the time to answer any and all of my questions and was kind enough to show me how to properly maintain certain parts of my HVAC to prevent future issues.

Manny is a prime example of professionalism and great customer service. I'll be sure to recommend him any chance I get.

I made a request for service to my heating unit. Manny was out on an installation, but he graciously volunteered to fit me in even though it was after 4:00pm. I was very grateful for this. He arrived at the agreed time. He proceeded to diagnose the problem, and proceeded with the repair, all the while explaining what the problem was and how he was carrying out the repair. He was not in any hurry, and made sure the unit was working before he left. He was courteous, pleasant, and socialable, and appeared knowledgeable. He also offered advice on maintenance, preferable type of filter etc. I would recommend him highly.

I got maintenance done for two of my heating units at a fraction of cost prevalent in the industry. He is very technical and has all the gadgets to perform engineering measurements for efficiency assessments across filter, blower and coil stages with pressure and temperature measurements. Honest and Enthusiastic to share details of HVAC functions. He even threw in damper motor install at the cost of part with $0 charge for labor. Highly recommend him!

Very professional and courteous service. We had to replace both of our AC pans and they were able to come out very quickly. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended to a family member.

Manny was awesome! Heating went out and he came over on short notice. He explained exactly what was wrong and answered all our questions. He also followed up the next day to make sure it was still working.

Manny was a lifesaver. My husband and I purchased our first home and had Manny perform an HVAC inspection. With his inspection and documentation we were able to negotiate repairs with the seller to ensure we had A/C for this Texas heat. He thoroughly explained each issue and why it was necessary to repair. We'll only being using Manny for our HVAC needs going forward and so should you!

These guys are the best. Our old thermostat was completely out of standard. It had extra controller board to manage temperature. First ac tech could not figure it out. Munawwar took his time to find the problem. Explain to me every step. Research it . Disable extra board and configure new ecobee. Very reasonable fees and very honest. He has bachelors degree in engineering. Not like high-school dropout ac tech.
