Marcus and his other tech were awesome. Very helpful and personable and I was able to give Marcus a general list of things I needed done around the place, such as new mirror installation, troubleshooting/fixing wall-installed microwave, replacing batteries in tall automatic blinds (and doing research to figure out that was the issue), door handle adjustments, shaky fixtures, running cable through the wall, fixing chair armrests, and they procured the materials and knocked it all right out after an initial consultation/walk-through, and worked very fast as well. I’ll definitely be reaching back out for any handyman needs.

Contacted Marcus for a HVAC replacement on Friday. He gave me 3 quotes within a couple of hours and told me that they were all in stock. He was there on Saturday morning at 7am replacing the system and was done by around 12:30pm. Awesome service and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Marcus gave me different options on repairs and getting a new unit. Very professional, he came out the same day I called. The inside AC unit was replaced the next day. I highly recommend. Thanks to them my tenants are happy and not melting in this Texas heat!

My dad told me once about the importance of having a good relationship with your plumbers and air conditioning/heater repair professionals. "When you don't have water or a/c, you'll know why that good relationship will come in handy". I'm new to the Austin area so I relied upon my awesome general contractor for a recommendation for an a/c company and contacted E. Walk Services and so glad I did. My unit was almost 20 years old and was panting to keep up with the heat. Marcus and Aaron came, did the installation, connected the thermostat with my phone app, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm so happy to have a great a/c company that I can rely to do the job and make sure I'm happy. It's feels so nice to have a company I can trust and call upon for future needs knowing they've got my back! I'll have the sweet tea waiting!

Marcus and his team are top notch, A#1 professional and courteous from Day 1 through to job completion. My husband is a retired HVAC expert/business owner and graded his work as stellar, when the job was complete at our property in Georgetown. I too, am a small business owner and consider Superior Customer Service as a long lost trait, in today/s digital, robotic and automated world, but a necessity to provide to my customers for them to remain loyal and dedicated. Marcus did not fall short there, either. He made sure I was not inconvenienced, going out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He and his team are trustworthy, reliable and have very competitive pricing, compared to the larger HVAC repair and installation services, offered by Sears, Home Depot and other large competitors with a fleet of trucks as large as Texas, but personality, reliability, pricing, "so called" customer and skills which al could use major improvement in comparison to Elijah Walker's dad, Marcus McKinney. Thank you Marcus, you saved me from tons of stress and headaches, with your services towards my current property projects I'd had going on at the same time,. Marcus is wonderful. I had a problem with a quirky AC system. Three other reputable AC companies came out, no one else could figure out what the root problem was. He figured it out like a total BOSS! There were several issues and he fixed them all. He was so kind with my kids as they were fascinated to watch him work. The cost was lower than other companies also. I'm a customer for life now and I would not trust anyone else to do work on my HVAC!

Repairs and Installations done right!. E Walk services has done a great job on all the repairs and minor renovation projects that I’ve needed on my little house. Mr McKinney does everything the right way, and the finished product is just fabulous. He has cheerfully tackled all the things I’ve needed done, from plumbing repairs, vanity replacement , redoing the floors, repair of a severely water damaged ceiling, to replacing the faucet in the kitchen. And it’s all beautifully done. He has the expertise to do it right. He is courteous, cheerful and very ethical in his business dealings . Hands down , he is the best man for the job, for repairs or installations large or small. And he works on HVAC systems too. I’ll be calling him when my HVAC needs repair or replacement.

I woke up one September morning to find that one of my A/C units was not working. I called Marcus, he came over that morning and quickly diagnosed the failure of my main communication control board on my variable speed system. He made the call to get one, picked it up & installed it that day, and I had a cool house again by evening. I've only been in this house for one year, and he learned that the system was still in warranty ($1,100 part), and all I had to pay was a small installation fee. In addition, he advised to add surge protectors, so now I'm well protected from our crazy weather.
Don't call anyone else. E Walk will save you money and headaches.
