I called this company a few months back in regards to my secondary A/C drain pipe leaking. We have had A/C problems before. This company first did not mind quoting a potential price over the phone. Most companies won't do that. But to make matters even better, Walter was the most thorough and professional A/C gentleman we have ever dealt with before. He even took pictures to show us what the ultimate problem was. He truly is the definition of professional. I would trust him again if any A/C problems happen in the future. Came to my house on the weekend when my a/c was down. He was punctual and arrived at my house when he said. He was very professional and respectful when navigating throughout my house. And he repaired, cleaned, and recommend filters for my unit. I will definitely have them back to clean my furnace. Great company!!!

When you have something go wrong with your home--especially your AC in the dead of summer, you want to call someone you can trust...Stalwart Mechanical Services provided peace of mind and comfort for me and my family. They have limited reviews but 100% 5 Stars. Everyone in my situation is vulnerable and desperate. But Stalwart was fair and I can certainly appreciate Mr. Ato's prompt response and ability to fix the problem the same day. His prices were fair and he didn't try to offer me more than what was needed. I can't thank Mr. Ato enough for how quick and efficient he was.

Everyone at Stalwart has been fantastic! Walter came out to do a same-day initial inspection on a failing AC unit, and walked me through everything he was doing just to help me learn. The diagnosis of a leaking box coil was followed by three options for repair, either fixing just the coil or two options for a new system. The entire process was low pressure and high information. Going with a new system made sense, and once I made the call they were out the next day and did a great job swapping out the whole HVAC system. Otto even pointed out a very small gas leak at my meter and helped me get CenterPoint out within the hour to fix it. Overall just a bunch of good, talented, honest technicians earning my trust and business. (Office staff was great as well!) Solid company.

AC was blowing warm air and called Stalwart to diagnose the issue. Walter came and diagnosed the issue with the coil, gave a detailed on quote on the cost and took time explain everything in detail. Walter & Ato were very courteous and were very professional in their work. Stalwart will be the first number I will be calling for any future AC issues.
