Tech came out looked at the unit said it needed a condenser fan motor I said ok fix it after the repair he said the fan blade that is connected to the fan motor is a little noisy and he wasn't concerned about it nexted day I come home and you can hear the ac from across the street and it sounds like it's coming apart I call and they say without even coming out to look at it it will be another 350 for a fan blade that they just had off less than 24 hours ago . I fixed it my self for 50.00 . I know time is money but they were just out and if the fan blade was going to be a problem it should have been replaced then

Came to my home the same day I called, had all needed parts on his truck and fixed my air conditioner in a timely manner. Very happy (COOL) customer!

Warren came to my house for a stuck damper and he told me that the motor is broken. Charging me $350. Thanked god I didn't do it due to the damper is still currently working and it's not broken. I will stay away from this company. Tells you it's broken but it's not. Poor thing.

I called today around 3:30pm. Nice man answered and told me he would get someone out and he did by 4:15 Ryan came and by 530 I had a cold downstairs. They were both professional and kind. Thank you
