I was having trouble with my AC. I was excited to have the technician from My Air Conditioning Company over to my home. I enjoyed the fact that he gave me a reasonable quote for what he did for me. He made a good impression on me, and I have to say that he is one of the best technicians I have had in my home. He was very helpful and friendly as well.

The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job explaining the furnace operation and testing the system. I will definitely use them again for my HVAC repair needs.

My partner and I had the home energy audit done in April and were searching to install a high efficiency furnace to take advantage of the rebates. We called about 5 different companies and while Mesa was not the cheapest, meeting with Robert made the difference. His crew was clean and courteous and installed the unit in only a few hours. Superb.

We paid $200 for some guy (not sure he was an employee of Mesa if such a company really exist) and was over an hour late. Right off the bat he said it was our capacitor without even looking at it. When we said that could not be problem, he then said it was our coils. I am still not sure what we paid the $200 for. He didn't do anything nor did he tell us what the problem was. I would not use them again and I hope you read this so you do not have the unacceptable experience we had. Also, we called several places and they all go through the same answering services, I guess, since we spoke to the same guy on the phone twice!

James did an amazing job in offering service maintenance on our heating and AC system. He is very polite and worked very hard to make sure our system was running smoothly. He was very pleasant and polite. I was very impressed with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them.

I discovered a leak in my ceiling on Friday evening of memorial day weekend. I traced it back to the closet right above, where the heat pump was stored. I called Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning because they have 24 hour service. Just a few minutes after I spoke to the answering service the technician called me and asked me some questions, then told me how soon he would be there. He figured out the problem right away and was able to repair it. It was very reassuring to be able to I got a leak fixed ASAP.

My AC just stopped working one hot afternoon. It was a big headache to us. We contacted Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning on a Saturday and they responded immediately. The tech inspected our AC and found that it was just a small problem. Our unit only needed minor adjustment. The techs handled the issue very professionally and efficiently. Excellent experience.
