Wonderful service installing a new gas fixture for our fireplace and taking the time to get everything set up perfectly

Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. The cost was a little high for the job but he did take a little off the total because the job didn’t take as long as he thought it would. Job well done!

Do not ever use this company for your HVAC/Furnace. They came out 3 separate times in the course of two weeks and each time the repair lasted maybe a couple of days. First came out to fix the heater and then when it was time for the AC to come on it didn't work. Replaced my thermostat with a cheaper option and then had the audacity to charge me for wiring the 3rd time they came out after they didn't replace it the first two times. Guys were nice but obviously have no idea what they are doing as I woke up to the thermostat broken again, 4th time, and am having to call another company out. Worthless.

Oscar came promptly and was quickly able to resolve our toilet issue. We will definitely call 1-800-Plumber for our future needs.
