This was the second time we used your service. They came out the same day we called. Chad did great work but his apprentice was very nice and was very professional answering all our questions and giving us information.

1-800-PLUMBER performed my annual plumbing inspection. The Technicians were prompt, professional and discussed my home plumbing inspection thoroughly.

So the job these guys did was a complete demo/install new tankless system. My tank was in the attic so it was a concern and it failed on me. It wasn’t even that old(Rheem), but did research and rhinnai is one of the top tankless system that’s worth the investment for the future. The guys doing the job are certified dealers of this brand. The knowledge, experience, kindness was amazing. Very detailed information about what they were doing, taking pics of the work they did. Overall amazing job, happy with the new system.

The service plumber, David, was very nice, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain the details of the job and him and his apprentice got to work immediately. They took to the time to make sure appliances were working after the job and even started washing the dishes! Would definitely use them for other jobs and will recommend them to others.
