They tried to unclog a drain. The snake broke, but then they said that they could not unclog it. I paid them and said if I call another company and they get it unclogged I expect a refund. The next day another Company came out and unclogged it in 10 minutes. They've been completely non-responsive to my request for a refund.
Update: It's been a month since their reply apologizing and vowing to make it right. I have sent numerous e-mails to them and got a reply that they tried to call (which they didn't) and I still have not received a refund. They have my credit card info and wouldn't need to speak with me to issue a refund anyway. Several e-mails went unanswered.

Joey and Cameron did a good job. They helped troubleshoot a couple of issues and ensured everything was working properly. It was only Joey’s second day as he was knowledgeable and professional.
The disposal was a bit on the pricey side. I was hoping we could repair it, but it wasn't possible. They installed it quickly and cleanly. They were nice enough to match the coupon which I forgot to mention when I ordered the service. I recommend that if you have one to mention in advance.

Without warning we had to replace our entire central air and heating unit in our house. The only good outcome to our situation was that it was during a time of year (December) that we had the opportunity to do as much research as possible in company's reviews , warranty, price and equipment offered that we finally decided on having Got Flow perform our new installation. Our entire unit had to be replaced excluding original duct and return flow hardware, We had the original system with metal duct. I can say that I was pleasantly surprised at the entire installation. Tying in the old to the new system was done with remarkable detail. The new system looked as if it was installed during the original construction. Everything neatly installed, all seams sealed with material similar to fiberglass work, not tape. The new installers even thought of future repair personnel if so needed to secure any sharp edge with protection as to not cut someone if they had the need to work on the unit down the road. I was promised a start date, (check) time, (check) and to be completed in the same day, (double check). In short we have only had the unit in for a month as of now, however, they are to return during the summer, at no charge, to check Freon level during the hot time of year to double check pressure, something I did not know needed to be done but happy it is going to happen and cannot be more satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future and will to my immediate family. GREAT JOBS GUYS AND PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO YOUR INSTALLATION CREW!!!

I had a shower head leaking and contacted Got Flow Plumbing because of their good online rating. They came the next day. Even though they spent 2 hours to try to diagnose the problem, they couldn't figure out the cause, and claimed they partially fixed it - i.e. when the shower head was hung up on the wall it will not leak and when you lower it it will leak. Still they charged me the full amount for fully repaired it. However, in the next few hours I noticed the shower head was still leaking albeit hung up on the wall. I contacted them again and the customer service said they will come back again the next day. Got a phone call from them the next day during which they still claimed they've fixed it partially. If I want to really fix it they will charge me a lot more extra. They cut off the phone call in the middle of the conversation and no one showed up during the scheduled second appointment. Very disappointed at their service and they are so unprofessional.

I felt ripped off, emergency situation here, and they took advantage. $3500 to install and provide a 40 gallon water tank? But, as I stated, it was a dire situation. A 6 year warranty with parts and labor, we found a tank at Home Depot with a 12 year warranty, but as stated earlier our tank was in dire straights.

Got Flow located leaks and replaced pipes. Professional, courteous, and a great attitude. Very knowledgeable and kept me informed thru the whole process. I plan on calling Got Flow back out to replace my duct work. Great to find a company with people who get it right and respect their craft!
