Got Flow Plumbing and AC Services

Having worked with contractors for the past 2 years on a home remodeling project, I knew I had to find the right contractor to fix an A/C issue at my parents house.

I hit up trusty Google Maps to find an A/C repair company that wasn't too far from my parents. After calling a few options I decided to schedule Got Flow Plumbing and A/C Services. Chris called me the same day and said he could be by first thing in the morning.

Upon arrival they did exactly what we discussed. Chris and Matt reviewed the problem I discussed and provided quite a few options. From a low-end solution to a higher priced better long term solution. We settled in the middle and the services was performed and executed flawlessly. In regards to the price and value, it's hard to say. I think a tad bit higher than some other quotes but the professional service and knowhow are well worth it.

When purchasing a new A/C for our renovation project I had weeks to meet and review quotes and bids. With the A/C going out in Houston summer, you really can't be waiting weeks. Overall, I'm happy with the service and cost and would highly recommend Got Flow Plumbing and A/C Services.

A/C Service. This is my 2nd job with "Got Flow". Chris did a Excellent job with Time, Knowledge & Communications in the details of the cause and effects of the problem that I was having with my A/C. Finding the solution that new Compressor was needed and I still had and was under a Warranty. Thank YOU THE LORD!

Great communication from the service tech and office. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with his diagnosis and repair. Got everything done for a fair rate in a timely manner. Their operation is also streamlined and technically current. I would use their services again.

Would definitely recommend this company! I initially contacted them to install a whole house water filtration/softener system. They asked so many important questions that no other plumber I had contacted had even considered. They recommended a system but did not push me on it. We ended up taking their advice on installing the Enviro system, and we couldn’t be happier! They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Chris and team did an outstanding job!

I used this plumbing company services to install and repipe a new sink garbage disposal. I provided the garbage disposal. This installation was for my father. He stated that Rolando properly installed the disposal using new pipe and provided a ground wire where there was none, previously.

The installation is a vast improvement over the last time the old disposal was installed, correctly piped in a more simpler drain pattern under the sink and again, installed a ground wire, as recognized as needed by Rolando.

The company uses flat rate fees, which was not priced during our service request, causing some confusion, no fault of the plumber, Rolando. We worked it out satisfactorily.

My father was pleased with the final price, the professional installation and conduct of the plumber who recognized the work needed improvement.

Since Thanksgiving is next week, I suggest giving Rolando a bonus that includes a full-size turkey. Thanks, Rolando.

I contacted Got Flow for a clogged toilet in the office bathroom. They came out exactly when they said they would, did the job professionally, and the price was right. Very professional and friendly. Chris explained in a way you would understand the problems with the air conditioning unit, tub and drain in person and via videos he took while he was at work on the roof. He gave recommendations and choices taking into consideration how much budget you have in mind. I took their business name and phone from yelp and chose them as I had both air conditioning and plumbing issues and it was smooth sailing from when I first contacted them. The work was all done on the same day. Thanks and I would use them again in the future!

We recently purchased a house that was a major project. I was aware of problems in my sewer line so I called around and found Got Flow plumbing. They sent out a technician next day. Rolando, the technician began to inspect the line using a camera and I was able to see the condition. We agreed on a reasonable price and they got started next day.
