Always use this company when I have a/c issues or for spring and fall checkups. They are always friendly and professional and they are reasonably priced.

Absolutely unprofessional. I had one guy come and spoke little English. I requested a different technician and it was the same thing. The people here are crooked and I do not believe that are even NOT LEGAL to work here. I would use someone else in Houston. Here the cut corners and you never know who you have coming in and out of your property and business.

Everything was good. They went to work checking and inspecting the heater and let me know when they were all done. It didn't take all that long!

Diagnosed on August 5th, serviced and replaced condensor on Aug 6th. Workers were very efficient and courteous. They also wore masks when
they came in the house which we appreciated.

The service provided by Cother Air Conditioning is impeccable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They’re also fair with their pricing. I highly recommend using their services!

They changed out my entire AC and heat System including ducts, however, when they changed the vent plates they did not reseal them as part of the job, now I have mold growing around the vents, and he wanted to charge me $40 per vent extra to go back and seal them. This is piss-poor business, do not use this company.

Cother has serviced and maintained my units for years. Never dissatisfied with their work, punctuality or professional conduct.

Don’t know what’s happened but we’ve had a service contract for 2 years and haven’t had a problem until now. The only difference is that this time we had a repair need and experienced poor communication and service involving office staff and technician. Very disappointed.
