Absolutely unprofessional. I had one guy come and spoke little English. I requested a different technician and it was the same thing. The people here are crooked and I do not believe that are even NOT LEGAL to work here. I would use someone else in Houston. Here the cut corners and you never know who you have coming in and out of your property and business.

They changed out my entire AC and heat System including ducts, however, when they changed the vent plates they did not reseal them as part of the job, now I have mold growing around the vents, and he wanted to charge me $40 per vent extra to go back and seal them. This is piss-poor business, do not use this company.

Don’t know what’s happened but we’ve had a service contract for 2 years and haven’t had a problem until now. The only difference is that this time we had a repair need and experienced poor communication and service involving office staff and technician. Very disappointed.
