Just wanted to say thank you to Mason and Gavin for the great customer service while repairing my unit! Will use HVAC Experts in the future.

Our air went out completely during the insane daily over 100° every day, got a new system the next week. Mike, Kevin, and Brandon were all awesome! Not to mention that they answered every call and the ladies who run the office are incredibly kind and thoughtful. Love these people. Plus they didn't overcharge for the system, fair price!

Response time was excellent, and a day earlier than first projected. Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the issue immediately and had parts on hand to complete the repair in under 20 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Zeke showed up 2 hours early and serviced our account quickly and efficiently.
