Excellent service. They did arrive outside of the requested time frame but kept in constant contact with me and kept me updated on expected arrival time. Corey was great, he had the problem figured out within 15 minutes and got the parts swapped out and back up and running in no time. Reasonably priced and made sure we always felt we had the option of what we wanted to replace and what had to be replaced. I couldn’t be happier, now this Momma can sleep in a cool house again!

Another great experience. We used HVAC Experts again after two years for servicing and cleaning.
Everything was superb from calling customer service, which she was very friendly. To getting updates on arrival time and a picture of our technician. One day is all it took to have someone come out. Joe D. was our service technician. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked it out and got right on getting the job done. He cleaned up after himself and overall did an excellent job. We're cool again :)

Great experience from the first time I called to finish. Very welcoming and kind person took my information and kept me informed on when a technician would be out. Zach was professional and knowledgeable and beat the other companies price on a new unit. Him and Logan were out the same week and completed the installation in a day and kept me updated on the progress.
