HVAC Experts

We have used HVAC Experts for a couple of years now. Every problem or concern we have with our A/C or heating, we call them. They are always so professional and responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service and very informative. Followed up and made sure I understood what he was going to do and what the options were before I chose what to do.

We are in the middle of a homeowners insurance claim and have consulted several other companies who have botched work in our home, broken our thermostat, and tried to manipulate our system for their gains. Factually, 4 other crews assisted us, each without solving the issue. We finally ran across HVAC Experts. We are SO glad we did. Everyone from Sharmin and Kaitlyn at the office, to Kevin, Fabian, Brandon, and the supervisor Michael, to another young man (we don't recall his name) have been beyond professional. They are working with us and our insurance to get our system fixed. They have been professional, on time, courteous, diligent, and even forgot some work on a Level 4 cleaning, and came back to do it right. They listened to our concerns as our system experienced mold related issues and troubleshooted this with honesty and integrity. We are skeptical of contractors in West Texas as many are unethical and dishonest. You cannot go wrong with this company. Other crews never showed up for the work. We've called them all.
HVAC Experts will be the only company we ever hire, for any and all needs, moving forward! You can tell the team is well trained and they take your job seriously! We appreciate this, as our family & children's health is our top priority returning home! Thank you all for treating us with empathy and doing the job as expected. Literally, the best part of this whole nightmare of a situation was hiring HVAC Experts! We cannot thank them enough! Hire them, you won't regret it!

The response time was amazing! Our heater quit working properly just as the temperature was in the 20’s outside. Joe was very friendly and professional and had the heater going again in just a few minutes. Everyone at HVAC was so friendly and helpful.. from the office staff to the technician. Highly recommend anyone needing assistance with heating or ac to give them a call!
