City Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

This was the second time we called to have this same toilet repaired. I don’t mind paying for the parts but feel I should not have had to pay another service call because the toilet wasn’t fixed right the first time they came. The first visit I told them what I wanted changed and they didn’t do it.

Belinda serviced our AC.we were very pleased with her professional knowledge and how quickly she worked and cleaned up the mess. It was dark, but she continued to clean up before she left.

I gave my phone number twice because the husband was out of town training. I asked the gentleman to call me not the husband. They ended up calling my husband while he was in training. Never did they call me. Very frustrating!

They quoted me $9,600 on fixing a broken pvc pipe under a trailer house for a reroute and then $4,000 to fix the existing line. Completely tried to over charge me, very disgusted with this business!

Responded promptly to inquiry about replacing our tankless water heater and was very professional and courteous. We were able to schedule the work quickly and they did the job well. We will certainly use them again.

It took several days for a plumber to show up but they did great work. And to be fair, I called several other places and it would have taken them longer to get to me.
