Got approved for a 8,000 credit limit and they never called me back. I called them again and they said "um yes we will call you when we are ready " never heard from them Went with another company ! Call F & L AC SERVICES -They have quick service and great prices

I called cause I needed a service for today, and they were very kind from the girl who attend the phone till the guy who came. I got the service today, very fast and good quality.

I dealt with Jeremiah about a disconnect and reconnect of my A/C and he is unreliable. He doesn't return calls and does not relay messages to anyone at the shop. The day I had scheduled them to work I had to go to the shop and tell them personally what I needed. When it came time to receive payment you can bet they were very prompt in returning my phone call. I give arctic air no stars but I guess the minimum required is 1 in order to even post.

Very friendly office staff and service techs. Technician explained everything before he did the service and told me about financing options they offer for when I was ready to upgrade my old worn out unit.

I had made an appointment and explained to the secretary the issues that my parents mobile home air conditioning was having.. I also explained to them that my father was bedridden cancer patient.. After two days of waiting.. on my day of my appointment.. the secretary calls to say “I’m sorry, we won’t be attending the appointment.. we don’t work on mobile homes air conditioning” why waste my time ??? So unprofessional?? Get your business together !! And I’m not saying this because you don’t work on mobile homes.. why not telling me this on the first place!!!!

Said they would do the work in a couple of days. Never got a date and when I called to see when they could schedule, they said they were way behind and didn't know. Wasted 2 days of finding someone sooner.
