Felix is a truly genuine man in every way. He communicated with me days prior to set up logistics as myself and my wife are extremely busy! Funny thing is he actually lives in my neighborhood “Canyon Falls” in Northlake Tx. I have a new construction home and just passed the one year mark and obviously a nice new unit. I looked online for the best price/quality for cleaning/checkup on our system and Felix was one of the top reviewed HVAC service providers for the area. I reached out to several others to check responsiveness/professionalism and service times. Needless to say he checked all three boxes compared to several others. He was able to fit my schedule on a Saturday and once at our house took his time to show me our unit and detailed everything he was doing and why. Filter size/brand etc. I rarely post reviews but when after this simple maintenance/checkup and his customer service I had to provide feedback for others in the North DFW area! I signed up for his annual package which is well priced and now I don’t have to worry about winter cleaning/service. Highly recommend!!!

Our heater went out in early January when it was going to be below freezing the next morning. Felix is associated with the house's repair plan. He was on time (early) knowledgeable, fast and rechecked the system after he fixed the problem to make sure it would not happen again. Nice guy, quick service, not messy, very courteous. What else could you ask for.

Felix was able to come right away to check our unit when our AC was not working properly. He was very nice and professional.

Our AC broke in the middle of a Texas summer. I called Felix and within 2 hours he fixed the issue. He later did maintenance on our AC units, explained all the things that needed to be addressed. I highly recommend Felix!
