Do not call for work on Commercial Cooler Walk-In.. Set up appt. for following day (because they couldn't service same day), and tech got lost. Therefore, didn't show. Rescheduled for next business day, got lost again, even after giving physical directions. Once he showed (with bad attitude), he then refused to look at our commercial cooler walk-in. He didn't even inspect it, at all. Just had bad attitude, and refused to work on it. We called the office and reported this service man's actions, they said they would send someone else out within 2-3 hrs., and he never showed, nor have we heard back from them. Really baffled, because they appeared to be a decent size and reputable. Unbelievable.

We liked Richard the a/c repairman! He was professional, honest, and trustworthy! He fixed our OLD unit. Thanks Vetter Air for sending Richard!

I diagnosed the problem, and then called in for a quick repair. 8 hours passed and I had to find another company. I know the summer is hot and A/Cs are going out, but a call would have been nice.

Both times I've used Vetter they've confirmed appointments, even told me someone was on the way, only to have no one show up that day. I do not appreciate having my time wasted.

Terrible company, owner doesn't care, office steals money, and sends out employees with no EPA or TDLR licenses. Spend a little more and use a better company.

Came right out and got the issue taken care of. Dang was super nice and thorough. Could not be happier.
