The technician never showed up for the appointment we scheduled, never called, or gave an update as to what was going on. I canceled plans so that I could be made available for the service. Very unprofessional on their part coupled with awful communication skills.

Texas Choice Mechanical is the only AC company I will ever use again!! They were polite, timely, and did a fantastic job! They were quick to get me on their schedule, and every person I spoke with was wonderful with their customer service! If you’re looking for any HVAC work done, Texas Choice Mechanical is the company to use!!! They get a 5 star review in my book!

This company came on time because of the hot weather. My AC stopped working but they arrived and went to work. I appreciated their professionalism and timely service. This should be your go to AC company if you have problems with your system.

Came out on freeze/Icey conditions on roads day to help. Very commendable since we live in the country and roads get no conditioning. Courteous and Professional. Have used them before and will use them again.

He was very honest, worked on a solution to fix a 1995 part on heater that was not really being made any longer. Did some searching, came back to house and saved us from having to get a new unit. A really smart guy and the home warranty once again proved invaluable at a deductible of $125.00

Mo was great! He came out and diagnosed the issue and made sure the fixes were done in a clean, efficient and thorough manner. I would reccomend Texas Choice Michanical and Services. This was through American Home Shield. Normally their vendors are hit or miss. They are definitely one I would have AHS assign again to come back.

My air conditioner went out on a late Saturday and was able to get in touch with Cazzalynn with Texas choice Mechanical, He was able to know exactly what was wrong just by describing to him over the phone what was happening. He set me a appointment to come out bright and early that Monday and after only been at my home for 30 minutes had my air blowing ice cold again for me and my family. He was a nice young man, very knowledgeable, priced fairly, polite and on top of his game, he was even friendly to my animals. I will only call Texas choice for any future situations.
