The first company I hired was a joke, but Texas Ace came in and did a great job. The next time I need HVAC work, Texas Ace will be my first call. I can't express how satisfied I am with Phill, Jose, Jesus, Shawn, Robert, and Michael (yes, a lot of names, but it was a 3-week ordeal and Texas Ace was on top of it the whole time).

Julio Guerrero did an awesome job today. Super friendly, knowledgable and punctual. Got the job done fast, and recommended other changes to prolong the life of the system. Also, had a great experience with the dispatcher. All-in-all a great company to work with.

After parents recommended Texas Ace I felt comfortable having them come out to fix our A/C issue as well. Very prompt after hours service call. As foreign a concept as a HVAC system is for me, I felt very comfortable with the whole process. Chris came to the house and explained what was happening to my system. Fixed it quickly and now we are getting some much needed relief from this Texas heat.

We recently had our A/C quit working Friday. I spoke to the lady at the front who was very friendly and helpful. She sent me to Phil to schedule a time to have someone come out and look at my a/c after first troubleshooting a few things. He called me back on Saturday to see how things were going and we scheduled an appointment that was at my earliest convenience.

The staff was friendly and the service tech was very respectful and informative. They were very helpful and Phil helped get me all fixed up. As a local realtor I would recommend Texas Ace Heating and Air to all my clients.

Eric was very well mannered, knowledgeable and is what I would consider a top tier tech due to his ability to explain what it is he is doing to the customers all while doing his job, and making sure you understand why he is doing a certain task; as well as, explaining possible future issues to look out for. Not very many vendors have this skill to allow the customers to be insightful and ask questions.

Jonathan performed furnace inspection and adjusted dampers to balance heating. Extremely competent and likable professional. Uses extensive knowledge and expertise to provide great service and value to homeowner. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Jonathan and Texas Ace
