    Had our regular maintenance performed. Love Texas Ace! I got a reminder call to confirm and got a text when Eric was in his way. Eric performed the regular maintenance of our unit as expected. We have been using Texas Ace since our prior vendor went out of business a few years ago. Everyone we have dealt with over the years has been honest and professional. Thank you Eric!

    Posting for a friend on Google. A friend of mine just bought a brand new house and on the day of their move in, the A/C went out. They sent someone out to do a repair and all they did was add freon. If you know anything about A/C systems, you know that if it's low on freon, there is a leak, especially in a brand new system. Seems someone forgot to do a pressure test. Once the inevitable happened again they came out and did the same thing, filled it back up. With the cost of freon, seems like a waste of money and labor. You should probably train your people better, just saying. Now the builder is involved and trying to get them into a hotel room. They have 2 big dogs so that's not really an option. Plus they JUST moved in, who wants to move out of their BRAND NEW HOME. People buy new so they don't have to deal with problems like this. You guys need to do some internal cleanup and get it together. Based on other reviews this is not the first time this has happened. Maybe a little sweat in training would do your people some good.

    A company without a caring and profesional staff is very hard to find this days. Our AC unit went out last night and we contact them for their services. The entire time James and a young lady keep us inform about the tech arrival. Our Tech was Moe Herrera a true difference maker. Thank you Moe.

    We just had Texas Ace replace 2 HVAC units and all duct work. Rick Brown did an outstanding job explaining what we needed and what was to be done. Both units installed in 1 day. Several days later a technician came out to inspect the work and explain the new WIFI thermostats to us. Next day Rick Brown came by to make sure we were happy with everything.     I had my heat pump system quit heating during a severe winter ice storm. I was literally wearing sweatpants and coats just to stay comfortable. This problem started on Wednesday and I anticipated not being able to get help until Monday. I contacted the company on their web site Friday and was both promptly called offering suggestions and I was emailed. I tried the suggestion but my heat didn’t improve. I responded to the email and was told they could get someone out late Saturday. However, they called not too long after and and said the roads had improved enough to get someone out today. Eric Dominguez arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, quickly, repaired it, and then checked my entire system. He was a very polite, professional, and responsive service tech who I would highly recommend. I have used this company a number of times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them!

Moses came to our house and provided excellent service and explained everything thoroughly, so I understood what the problems were and how they we’re being fixed, instead of using gibberish. Have recommended this company to family and friends and will continue to use them.

    This company set a high bar for customer service for us today! Had issues caused by a “smart” thermostat. Called Texas Ace at 5:30 pm and they had a technician out within an hour. No joke. Our technician Jonathan did a fantastic job. Was professional, accurate, and HONEST. Quality work all around. No hesitation calling these guys again.

    Both techs were courteous, the first tech could not check anything because system was frozen up.
    First tech. called second tech and advised him he thought it had a leak but could not do anything.
    Second tech. arrived Sunday morning, did not check for leaks. He did not use leak detection or pull a vacuum he just said we had a leak in said he put 3 lbs of freon in at $85 a lb. $389.00 later and still no A/C.
    System frozen back up in a couple of hours.
    Both techs. stated we needed a new system, and someone would call to discuss this.
    I called Texas Ace office around 11:00 am Monday and was told someone would call me back.
    I called another company at 4:00 pm and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning.
    Someone from Texas Ace called around 8:30 Monday night, I did not answer.

    The other company checked for leaks, none found, they replaced the expansion valve. System is working great.

    I would not recommend Texas Ace Heating & Air.

    The technician that came out, Nate, was very polite. He got right to work diagnosing the problems with my unit. He took pictures and explained repairs and costs upfront. He was able to repair the unit the same day. Very pleased!
