    Hugo did an excellent job of diagnosing. My compressor was going bad. I didn’t want to believe him because of the cost of replacing it. The compressor started working again after it reset but within a month it went out again. Hugo was all over it and came out to replace my compressor under warranty and I just had to pay for the labor and the refrigerant thank you Texas Ace, heating and air for taking care of my home and my family. I’m a disabled vet and not having air conditioning made me feel like a failure to my family, not providing them air conditioning in the heat.

    This is the worst place of business I’ve ever dealt with. After 2 1/2 weeks with no a/c in over 100 degree temps, I had to call someone else. This company installed my unit and I have a 10 year warranty with their product. I even requested return calls from managers twice, still no resolve. No one ever called. Explained to them that my dog is in congestive heart failure and is having a very difficult time breathing. I wound up paying another company to fix what they ignored. This company should’ve called me back with an update. I will pursue this for future customers. The least they can do is repay me for my expenses. Terrible service!

    We have been a long time customer of Ace and are sad to say we will no longer be using them for our company A/C needs. We had an ongoing issue that we called them out to repair multiple times. We paid thousands of dollars repairing the same issue to find out it was a band aid to the actual problem. I was wondering why does this same issue happening over and over again costing 500+ every time to repair. I got in the attic and figured it out MYSELF! I called them and they agreed I was right and said they could fix the problem and give us a credit since we spent soooo much money on all these services that never fixed the actual issue. I was upset but at least they are trying to help!! Well the manager I was working with left the company and now they aren't giving me any credits for all the money I waisted trusting they knew what they were doing. Years of service and to be treated that way makes me very upset. I wasn't going to leave a bad review since they were making it right for me but now that they aren't following through with what they were going to do I felt like other businesses need to be aware of our situation so it doesn't happen to you.

    Texas Air was great. Spent time finding and fixing the problem. Technician was great. Be careful calling after hours for you could be rerouted to a 3rd party service through the service they contracted for emergencies. I was and this caused a problem because the 3rd party wasn’t responsive and cancelled.

    Friendly and attentive reception when called for emergency ac work. Managed to get everything working by 10:00am after calling at 8. John S. was very professional and explained all the repairs to my wife and fixed errors made by the original installer of the equipment. Texas Ace will be my hvac “go to” going forward.

    Texas Ace Heating & Air 5 Star Company from sales to installation. Three employees started, one of the most difficult jobs, at 9:30 and completed by 3:30. They were professional and left my home clean. They additionally included 4 smart thermostats, purification system, ten year parts and labor contract that was not included by three other companies costing me less money. Other companies offered Bryant, Ruud, and Comfortmaker not rated like Lennox.

    We had technician Jovanny Noyola, he was great !!! Very professional and respectful.. we love Texas Ace. All of them have been professional and respectful and very knowledgeable of any and all the crazy questions that I ask lol. They also installed our ac and heating system almost 2 years ago!! And Phil was very helpful and Chase. Everyone from the phone calls to the maintenance has been very helpful and great
    !!!

    Received a quote last year for whole home purification system. The prices have inflated since last year, but the company helped me out as much as possible. The installer showed up on time, installed the air purification system with no issues, cleaned up after himself, and I went ahead and asked for an annual system maintenance inspection which he completed also. All in all, great service!

    We had Hugo as our technician. He was very communicative, thorough and worked quickly, but efficiently. Told us qe were almost out of warranty on one unit and there was some warranty repairs we could get done before it ran out. We appreciated the information and the speed of scheduling the repairs to make sure we didn't miss the cutoff!

    For a FULL week today our ac has been out. TX Ace was NOT our choice - they were chose by our builder (Meritage Homes) and installed our system in our new home. Just at the one year mark we come home to find our AC not working one Thursday evening...We called them and they came out the following day....the evaporator coil is busted and something else....the issue is not with the part or the repair. The issue is we were told Monday that the part was ordered and was in transit and slowly but surely through the week....we have stopped getting return phone calls to our inquiries...the part magically still is not in the shop. I'm sorry but in this day - #1...YOU CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK! and #2...it doesn't take a week to get anything from anywhere w/in the us. It's summer in Texas and I've been w/o AC for a week. I'm speculating but I would think that over the week that have installed other new units similar to ours for this builder...one would think a customer in a home would get more effective service but I suppose since we aren't paying out we are unimportant. Its ridiculous that it's come to this.
