Summit Air Conditioning & Heating

We use Summit Air for our annual checkup and have nothing but great things to say about Logan and his dad who run this local HVAC company here in Midlothian. You can’t put a price on honesty and integrity and they definitely stand behind their service and products they offer. Thanks guys for being awesome!

Great work, excellent customer service, very professional. I could not be more pleased with the work and the people, this a local company that has been doing it for years. After having them do some tune up work on my ac units I am hoping they will be around for many more years!!! I will be a repeat customer.

This is the second time to do business with this company and I can’t praise them enough.

The first time was summer of 2022. Our a/c was not producing cold air. I called several Other companies and no one was available. This company came on a Sunday, arrived within 30 minutes and repaired the problem. I was told at that time there was a leak of coolant and I chose not to replace the “coil ” at that time.

The second one was to replace that very coil. The response time was great, the coil was under manufacture warranty. The cost was less than I thought it would be. It’s possible that last summer the turnaround time to receive it from the manufacturer would have been much longer than the week it took in March 2023.

These are professional and very nice people.

Unbelievable company with integrity and professionalism. Talked me out of replacing my equipment and gave me suggestions to help improve efficiency. I was dumbfounded by their honesty.

Trustworthy. Outstanding service and immediate response too. They work within your budget, don’t sell cheaply made equipment, upsell unnecessarily, and their warranty is best in the industry. I highly recommend them.

Had a full unit replaced last year. That unit has saved me money and now the house is always just the right temp.

Update: 2 years later in these record heat waves our new upstairs unit that Summit replaced is still impressive. I’m probably the only house in DFW that has a colder upstairs than downstairs. When it was 101 degrees outside today, I went upstairs to cool off after my walk. 😀 Our old unit downstairs is probably 20 years old

They always do such an amazing job! Every time we have to call them they either answer or call right back and schedule to come right away to take care of us and always are giving us the best options for our checkbook!

Summit was highly recommended and did not fail. They were honest, fair priced and trustworthy. Barrett and Logan were very professional; respected me and my property. They are my go-to company in the future as their work ethic is second to none.

Great communication, on time, and professional service. Will certainly use for all of my AC services.
