Speedy Electric & A/C

Speedy Electric did what he said he would do, and showed up on time and actually did the work when he said he would! We were amazed at the response and assistance for our lighting on our monument display. Very professional and we wish he lived closer to our shop for future orders!

The techs were very professional and did a great job.

I highly recommend Speedy Electric! They have the best prices and awesome service! They never try to sell you something that you don't need and the techs are very friendly and respectful. I've used them for several different things over the last three years and have always had a great experience.

They fixed my problem! I had another company out who misdiagnosed the problem so I was at a loss as to how to fix my heater. I decided to try Speedy because they are Trane certified. Rick and Jay came out and within 30 minutes discovered the problem and had it fixed at a very reasonable price. I will use these guys again in the future. Well done!

We had an appointment window of 8 am - noon on September 13, 2012, but the company never sent anyone to do the job. When we finally called to inquire about the delay, we learned the electrician who was scheduled to do our job had called in sick. We got up early to make sure that we were available promptly at 8 am, so I wasn’t happy to hear that no one at Speedy Electric & A/C was courteous enough to call us to reschedule our appointment.

In my opinion, Speedy Electric & A/C needs to improve its customer service and do a far better job communicating with its customers.

Tried to use my home warrantee, so didn't choose them. The tech came out 2 days after the request and quickly and accurately diagnose my issue. Unfortunately his estimate for getting the part and installing it was vague at first and then 7-10 days when pressed. I had that same part installed the next day by a competitor.

Hopefully they don't treat their non home warrantee customers the same.

All electrical outlets and wiring was done for our Tilson build and Speedy Electric went over and beyond expectations
