If you live near Midlothian and you are not using Hardin, you are making bad life choices. Their customer service is far above and beyond anything else I have seen. Their staff are extremely polite and professional. Ms. Wendy is absolutely amazing with getting you scheduled in and Mr. Tim is a man of his word. This company deserves your business because, above everything else, they will ensure that a job is completed to the best of their ability and they stand by their work. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and will continue to do so for a very long time. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced recently and they took the time to make sure that everything was done to standard and even identified/corrected some issues that the previous home owners had not fixed. Thank you Tim, Wendy, Blake, Austin, Austin#2, and everyone else whos names I cannot remember. You all are top tier performers in your field and you are an example for other HVAC companies to aspire to be like. Thank you for everything.

Friendly & quick to respond. Excellent customer service. However, a new unit $6,500 in less than two years has been worked on twice & now not in warranty. I'm not happy to say the least. Customer service only goes a long ways. We are average people & live like most Americans...pay check to pay check. This is depressing & disappointing.

I had had an emergency AC situation at my house late on a Friday after noon and just like always i was told they may be able to get a tech by until Monday and this totally understandable and in my previous situations this would have been fine. However, in this instance there was an medical emergency behind the need of immediate cold air. My wife has just got home form the hospital from being diagnosed with lung/done cancer. She was and has been having coughing fits and trouble breathing with a partially collapsed lung and the heat just made matters worse. After i explained the situation to the dispatcher and she then sent a company wide note to all the employs to see if anyone could help. Well, within 30 minutes i had every employee at Harding at my house at 5;30 on Friday donating their time to help my wife. These guys did a major AC repair and my AC up and cooling in 30 minutes. As we all know every service comes with a monetary cost and when i tried to settle up at the end i was told to go take care of my wife and we would settle up on Monday. I have had AC work done in the past by Harding and they have always done exactly what they said they would and have always loved the techs. This time they all went above and beyond and had earned my 5 stars, these guys put the FUZZY in FUZZY WUZZY!.

Roman was extremely professional, made sure to get our part overnighted so we wouldn't be without AC over the weekend, and installed a loaner window unit for us and left it well after the repair was completed just in case. We will definitely be calling them again the next time we have trouble.

They did not inform me of a service call fee for them to come out and expected me to know that the service call fee was $75. Tim said “you should know this”. Mind you that we are first time home owners. I think the polite thing to do would’ve been to tell the customer when we come out, there will be a service call fee of $75. I definitely wouldn’t use them because they are rude.

Hardin Heating & Air installed a replacement condenser unit for me when mine was stolen. Everyone else wanted me to replace the entire unit, but they were able to replace what was stolen for a better price. Prompt service and attention to detail. Thanks!

Highly recommend! Called after hours, Mrs Hardin very helpful, and friendly. Called me back to let me know they were on the way. All very professional, knowledgeable and fixed our issue.

Do not do business with them.

You run the risk of them sending email marketing directly to you and hundreds of other people, with all addresses completely exposed.

Would you trust someone to work on your home doing a task that requires attention to detail if they can't remember to put the email addresses in their spam emails in the "bcc:" line?

If they're willing to save $5/month to avoid paying for a service that will manage their email marketing for them, I worry about what other corners they may be cutting to save money.

Not to mention, they didn't bother to follow the CAN-SPAM act in their email. I wouldn't trust someone in my home who doesn't follow the law.
