Hardin Heating & Air

Called Hardin A/C soon as they opened, I was told maybe by noon for the service. Explained I work nights and sleep during the day, they switched up there schedule and fixed my A/c before 9AM. Awesome job to the Hardin company. Great prices, definitely recommend and now they will be my go to heating and air company. Almost forgot to mention the customer service woman was most definitely awesome at her job just as well as the tech’s

Next day service and very reasonable pricing! Hardin is extremely professional and reliable, but most important they’re honest. They’re not going to come out and recommend a bunch of bogus work you do not need. I’d recommend Hardin to my family and I would use them again for sure.

Hardin just came out and repaired some duct work in our attic due to some rogue squirrels. They arrived early, completed the work in an hour, charged me exactly what their estimate showed.
This is not my first time using Hardin Heating and Air and it definitely won't be the last!

I have used Hardin for about a year now, and I absolutely LOVE them!!! Today I came into work and the air was not working. I called and they came right out, Clay is the best technician ever!!! I will always call Hardin for all our AC/Heat needs. Thank you guys for always being there

Hardin Air sent out their employees the day after I called. The two gentleman that came out were knowledgeable and friendly. Our unit is working great now and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic, professional service at fair prices. Nobody likes to deal with a broke down AC in August in Texas, but if you have to, call these guys. Definitely felt all three techs I dealt with were super knowledgeable and honest. Glad I used Hardin Heating and Air and will definitely continue to call them when I have AC issues.

Service was on time, professional. Technicians explained each step, showed videos of cleanig before and after. Displayed excellent knowledge and planning to get the cleaning done efficiently and neatly. They advised ways to adjust vents for more efficient air flow. We will certainly be recommending and calling Hardy Heating and Air for future needs!

This time every year my heat pump stops working and runs on the emergency heat. I called Hardin Heating and Air and told them what was wrong. While I was on the phone they advised me that they would send a tec right over. Within 30 min Clay showed up at my house. Clay was a very nice man who had my issue solved within 15 min. The only thing I had to pay was a service call of $75 which was reasonable to me. What I appreciate about this company so far is that they were prompt, the service guy, Clay, was professional and knowledgeable AND he didn't try to sell me anything! As a business owner I will continue doing business with this company. Thank you for the fast honest service Clay.

We had an older AC unit that was slowly losing Freon (leaking evaporator coil). Other companies came out and only wanted to replace the entire system. The folks from Hardin came out and presented various options. We chose to just have the system recharged periodically and we got another 5 years out of it.
This past September, the AC began freezing up again and we decided it was time to replace. Clay from Hardin Heating and Air came out gave us a quote. We scheduled an install date about a week out but the next day our AC system completely quit and the weather was HOT. I called Clay to see about moving up our install date. Within a few hours, he was at our house with some window unit AC's that made the house surprisingly comfortable.
On the day of the install, Clay and his crew showed up on time and had the job completed by that afternoon. No complaints as Clay and the entire crew were very professional and did a great job.

On a side note, we originally had AC with electric heat but per Clay's suggestion, we had a heat pump installed. Electric bills the previous winters had been in the $3-350 range. This winter, they were never over $200.
