I'm sad to say, but this business is owned and operated by someone I thought was a friend. I wanted to support him and his business and this is what I got. I paid ahead for the install because I trusted him and he needed the money to start on a big project that he lined up. Big mistake on my part. After the install was "completed " I was not happy with multiple things. Pictures include on review. He told he would get with me and schedule a day for him to come and look at all the issues I had. Never happened. I've been patient (1yr9mo) later I find more issues that were not done properly when install was done. Please use another HVAC company if you need anything done.

The property I'm currently employed had some remodeling done and we hired a contractor who used West texas eco air llc. The ac/heating uniting they placed was 5k, the unit gave out a month ago. We contacted the company they stated it was a part and they would return to fix it once the part came in. Days and weeks have gone by now. Apparently their phone number is no longer in service and the owner himself has not returned to complete the job. There is not way to reach them nor have they made an attempt to fix the issue. Save yourself the headache and go with One way.

I’ve been using Nicks/West Texas Eco Air Services for over a decade. I’ve never been disappointed. The company has always tried to build and maintain strong customer/company relations. Nick has always worked with me to help find other options or avenues that fit my financial situation at certain times. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE!!! Without any doubt, I’ll remain a faithful life long customer.

Got home and the house was a hot 80 degrees. Called West Texas Eco Air and he came right away. Took less than 30 minutes to fix the issue. Great service, great price. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We used Nick at West Texas Eco Air just this past week to repair our AC, that had been out for 3 days. We were waiting on a part from another popular HVAC company that was supposed to be overnighted early in the week. By day 3 I was tired, hot and weary of waiting. I called a friend of ours who had recently had their HVAC replaced and they gave us West Texas Eco Air’s name and number. I was going to have them give us an estimate for a complete new unit but when Nick arrived he insisted on looking at our broken AC unit, I shrugged and finally said, Ok! He diagnosed the problem and actually had the fuse we needed for our 15 year old American Standard HVAC in his truck, this was an answer to my prayers. He had us fixed up and running within 30 minutes! It is still running great and we will be having West Texas Eco Air replacing our HVAC this fall. Thank you, thank you to West Texas Eco Air, Nick and his staff—they really saved us from this sweltering heat!

Nick came out quickly and took care of my heater issues. I had used him previously, but lost his info. Always top notch and professional. Great service and highly recommend!

After having several contractors at my residence Eco Air was able to find my real reason for ac not cooling, I was very close to replacing unit but his persistence he was able to get me back and running, thank u very much

Me vendio un AC usado, garatizando el servicio por 1 year. A las dos semanas se descompuso. Esto fue en los primeros de septiembre, han pasado dos meses, y sigo esperando que regrese a componerlo, o rembolse el dinero. Ya llevo dias tratando de contactarlo sin exito. ****update*** el señor Nick nunca contestó ni se reporte para solucionarlo.
