    We called on a leak on the AC and Toby and his team were out the same day to check the issues. From there, the coil was cracked so the part had to be ordered prior install. They were out a few days later and spend all morning replacing damaged coil with new one. Very professional and they do clean work! They went and checked the whole system and advised there were some other small issues that may come up later but we are up and running now! AC now blows much cooler, especially after sealing up the AC unit in the attic. I would 100% recommend RightWay for any of your HVAC needs!!

    I sent an email on The Right Way website on July 4th about 8:00 PM and Tony called less than 5 minutes later. He set up an appointment for the next day, which was Sunday morning at 8:00 AM. He arrived on time was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and was extremely fair. This is my new AC company and has found a customer for life.     These guys were fantastic! Punctual, professional, and very informative. I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to air conditioning so these guys could've easily overcharged me and my insurance but instead, they explained to me that I had a small issue with an over pressurization lock-out and all they had to do was let out some freon and things went right back to normal. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

    Toby is a respectful, solution-oriented HVAC professional. It is evident he takes pride in his work and cares more about doing the job right rather than grudgingly churning through customers like the big name companies do.

    My AC system put off a mildew smell, particularly the return-air vents. My wife called Bosworth, and after a couple weeks their office sent an inexperienced technician without even informing him why he was servicing the address. Within 30 minutes he checked the drain and outside unit and told me our AC system was working just fine with a $100 service call invoice waiting for payment... I asked if he knew why he was at my house (he didn't) and then had to insist on him checking/smelling the return air vents to provide an opinion/solution. He merely suggested making another service call to set up a camera run. It was also quite apparent he was pressured by his company to get out the door and perform some other $100 service call somewhere else.

    Instead, I called The Right Way HVAC and immediately was provided with multiple cost effective solutions to replace the in-slab return air ductwork. Instead of two weeks waiting for "check up" I had my problem fixed within two days. I will surely use Toby instead of the big name companies for all my future needs with my HVAC system.
