I have used them twice (different issues) and both times everyone was professional and helpful. Toby, the owner, explained everything they were doing, why, and even showed me what I could do to prevent an issue and save money down the road. I thought his charges were more than fair and highly recommend them.

Toby is a first class HVAC repairman and runs a top notch business. We were faced with finally replacing our entire unit after almost 20 years and he was kind enough to come out on a Saturday, honor his estimate he'd given about a month earlier, and had our unit ordered and installed on a Tuesday. Toby was our technician and did a great job. We called close to 6 pm on a Tuesday. really wasn't expecting same day service on such short notice but he came right over and fixed our a/c system. Toby is a true veteran AC professional. Something you don’t get these days when you call for emergency service, especially in Midland. Toby got us up and running within an hour after our AC went out on a Saturday in 100+ degree weather. Arrived when he said would. Had the problem diagnosed within minutes, used quality parts and gave thorough explanation of the repair that was needed. And he didn’t gouge us for weekend emergency service and had the parts on hand. I’m a landlord with three properties and I’ve seen my share of bad AC repairmen. It was evident in the first few minutes that Toby is highly experienced and most of all a fair businessman that cares about his customer and doesn’t try to take advantage of the situation. Out of the five 24/7 major AC repair companies I called in Midland he came to our rescue right away when my A/C condenser motor gave out in 105 degree weather and my wife and kids still in the house. He had all the tools and parts he needed at hand and did not have to go back and forth to get the job done.
He did not hesitate once, he came out and got my AC back up and running within minutes.
Gave me a very affordable, fair price especially for it being right as the sun was setting.

Very professional, on time, friendly, fair prices! In Midland many places price gouge, show up late, don't show at all, etc. It's a nightmare. Toby was on time, professional, GREAT prices, friendly! We had our capacitor go out late last night, so we called 1st thing in the morning (about 7 am) he was here at 8:30 on the dot as quoted. Even called to let us know he was on the way. Job was done correctly without all the BS all the other companies like to yank around. He used AMERICAN parts, unlike some other company who we used 2 years ago to replace the same capacitor 2 years ago when we bought our house. Thank you Toby!!!!
