THE RIGHT WAY HEATING AND A/C

Our vents were blowing out warm air so I called this company and they were able to get a technician out the same day. So very thankful for Toby coming out. He was such a sweet man, very professional and super polite. He was soo kind to explain to me what the problem was. (In a way that I could understand) He was done with the repair fairly quickly and he checked the air flow and everything. I know people are sometimes skeptical about a business that hasn’t been in business for many years, or that are fairly new, but it takes people like us to give them a try and so they can become established. Toby and his work speaks for itself. I sensed a very honest spirit with Toby. I pray Gods blessings upon this business and for it to prosper In Jesus Name!

Called to check if they had a certain blower mower in stock and since the current contractor will not have the part for a week. Heard the guy yell from the background, "WE DON'T SELL PARTS!" Was just looking to see if y'all had it so I would call y'all out to fix my AC. Misunderstanding on my part as well, I could have worded it differently. Thank you for that sir. I'd recommend now seeing that 90% of HVAC people I talk to can't or won't even try to help you out... And y'all at least let me know you had the part and I appreciate that.

I highly recommend this company!!! Our heater went out during the recent freeze we had for over a week. Toby called almost immediately and showed up two hours before the appointment - unheard of with most companies in this area. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the issue in less than an hour with all parts on hand. Toby was kind, friendly, and very professional! My A/C was not cooling my house so I called them they sent jimmy the technician out the next day (earlier than scheduled which was awesome) and he got it working again. He was very polite, professional, and fast I strongly recommended this company!

A friend recommended another service, but after reading the reviews for this company I decided to call The Right Way, I was not disappointed. Mr. Melendez, Toby, offered to come over and check my furnace that afternoon. It took him about 45 minutes to identify the problem and about 15 to 20 minutes to replace the inducer motor. Toby was friendly, professional and best of all, economical. Thank you!

I saw the reviews I thought, surely these guys would have competitive pricing. I called and asked what they charge for adding freon to a unit 410a . $150 per pound! That is outrageously high. And that's on top of the service charge. They are getting their 410a freon for about $20/LB so you do the math.

Toby and his assistant were very quick and efficient. They were able to come in a day early and fix the AC. Came in and accessed problem and installed new parts and were done in less than half a day. From the receptionist Katie to the technicians all very knowledgeable and professional. They came in and fixed a prior install catastrophe from another local AC company. The Right Way Heating & A/C is definitely The RIGHT business to call if you have a problem with your HVAC. To quote my Mom "They are angels from Heaven" . Thanks again!! :)
