I was having trouble with my home A/C so I called them to get a service tech out to come look it over. I was placed on the schedule very quickly and was set up. I received a call 30-45 minutes beforehand to make sure I was home for the scheduled visit. Jimmy arrived on time with a smile reassuring me the whole time. He worked quickly and came and informed me of what needed to be taken care of and why it needed to be taken care of.
