THE RIGHT WAY HEATING AND A/C

It was 11 degrees outside when my heater stopped working. Toby came out within hours of my call to inspect my heating unit. He identified and resolved the issue and explained how it could be prevented in the future. I respect his professionalism as well as his genuine kindness towards his customers and will definitely be using this company again!!! I’m so thankful for such a positive experience!

I contacted this company via text around 7:30 in the morning and by 8:00a, I had an appointment set between 11 and 12 the same day. Jimmy, the service manager, and his assistant that came out were very kind and professional. This was strictly an issue with the thermostat, inside unit and outside unit not communicating. Not only did the techs fix it, they troubleshooted systems to try and make sure it wouldn't happen again. They then even went a step further and cleaned the areas of the unit that they thought might have been the issue. I could not recommend this company more.

Have had these guys install a mini-split system and repair my main ac. Both times they have been on time, professional, and get the job done right. I wish more companies would operate the way Right Way does! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Right Way. I called them around 2 in the afternoon, and they had someone out by 5:45. (The receptionist was very polite.) Toby, the President, made the service call. He quickly assessed the issue, explained what was causing the problem, and approved the cost of the replacement part with me before continuing. I believe the pricing was industry standard, and he carried a tablet that allowed me to conveniently pay by card. Total service time took about 15 to 20 minutes, which I was very happy with. As a female that lives alone, having a stranger in your home for necessary repairs causes a good bit of anxiety. I really appreciated Toby's professionalism, as I felt completely comfortable by the time he left. I will be a Right Way customer as long as I live in Midland!! Thank you, Toby!

I live in West Odessa and was getting the run around by other companies, I called The Right Way and they were out there the same day and had me a new HAVAC system installed and with duct work done by Saturday. By far the Best!!!
