THE RIGHT WAY HEATING AND A/C

Wow!! Have you ever caught yourself accidentally using a slogan/motto unintentionally? I did..Jimmy arrived on time and was super quick in his thorough troubleshooting skills. He navigated his way through his checks quickly diagnosing and providing me with my best options. I had many questions regarding repairs fixes and what I could do as the homeowner. Jimmy explained to my why some of those “other solutions” weren’t the right ones, and how his 19 years of experience has taught him to do things “the right way”. I am so thankful that these guys were able to squeeze me into their already busy summer day within a 2 hours notice for an after hours service call. Had to get all my duct work replaced due to deterioration from age. Jimmy came out quick to get me an estimate and was professional and quick to provide an estimate. He communicated and got me on the schedule fast.

His workers came out and they were wonderful. Professional and got the job done quick. Cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until they knew the system was working. They answered any and all questions I had and now my unit is running better than ever!!

When the AC system stopped working, they were able to schedule an appointment to come out the very next day. Not only were they on time, but they also called to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and could come sooner if I needed them to. The guys at Right Way are amazing. After getting 6 bids, they not only had the best price, they had both systems installed Wednesday after ordering on Monday. They got two complete systems installed in one day. They also stayed behind to get thermostats hooked up to the alarm system and explained all the difference and cost savings of going to heat pumps. I highly recommend these guys, I was truly amazed at the service and knowledge we recieved

Jimmy was great, got my AC fixed fast. And, all is working well. He had the replacement parts on his truck, which was nice. Pricing was very fair. Will use in the future.

I called them to fix my AC blowing warm air. Jimmy called back within 30 min . When he arrived he inspected the basic stuff like cleanliness of air filter. Turned out the problem was on the cooling unit outside the house. Did all professional troubleshooting , replaced a faulty part and within 15 minutes our AC is back cooling our heads down. Great job for Jimmy.

The Right way was great to work with. Toby came by gave us an estimate, gave us all the options on replacing our a/c and explained the differences. Then when we decided which unit to go with, they were quick with install. The while crew was polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.
