    I've had a great experience with Jason's so far. But I had scheduled a preventative maintenance for the morning hours and they told me they could only do afternoon. Which was fine, so they scheduled me between 2p-5p. I was supposed to get a 30 minute call before they arrived. It's 4:50 and no one has called. I called to reschedule and the only time they can fit me in is 2 weeks from now.... Geez

    Jasons tech's were very knowledgeable and always gave us several options. They even came out at 6pm to install a new unit when we had been without a.c. for 5 days due to an issue with our horrible property manager. They were our life saver. They will go above and beyond and do it with smiles and professionalism. The office staff were also very helpful and took care of us. Gave us honest answers and helped is work through our obsticles.

    Fixed my unit where 2 technicians before failed. Treated me right, and I even got a call from the owner. This is a good AC company and I recommend them.

    James that covers Desoto area has fixed both of my a/c units. Both times he has handled the work in a timely manner. He gave me great advice on maintaining my unit. Based on my interactions with James I would definitely recommend this company. The only thing is both times took a few days before they could make it out but it's a smaller company and this is a large metroplex so it wasn't too bad all things considered.

    Had a/c repaired via home warranty. First technician was extremely knowledgable. After determining the compressor was bad jasons worked out the details with the home warranty for repair. All said and done it was 2800 to replace a compressor with old r22 freon(which was marked up 100%). Then it got hot outside and the repaired unit would not keep up. When I called regarding the issue I got the typical excuses on how a/c units only cool 30 deg below ambient temp and how repaired units dont anyways work as well as they once did. Also was told to start another warranty claim. At that point i gave up on this company and my home warranty. I found a company that replaced the entire outside unit and inside unit 5 ton 14 sear with newer freon for 5700 installed. Durring the removal of my repaired unit it was brought to my attention that a 5 ton compressor was installed on a 4 ton system(maybe this is why the unit wouldnt keep up...i dont know).

    I have used Jason's Air Tex for the past few years. Jason and the technicians are very knowledgeable, honest and quick to repair the problem, and the office staff are very friendly. I highly recommend using Jason's Air Tex for all your HVAC needs.

    I would like to say that I was really impressed with Mike from Jason's Air-Tex. I had had two other techs come out and they were giving me outrageous quotes. But Mike was very honest and replace a part on my furnace. He got my heat going for my family and I really do appreciate that. He went above and beyond.

    I just called Air-Tex. to get a service rate for repair.

    I will go ahead and note, that i work for a commercial HVAC company myself, and the only reason why im calling to outsource, is we are too busy and have no techs available for residential work. with that being said.

    I gave the lady on the phone the part number that i needed (since i know what is wrong with my system). which can be replaced with a generic blower 1/3 HP blower motor-doesnt need to be name brand. (anywhere from $75-$150 cost (i purchase items ALL DAY LONG and know the cost of things) and she told me it would cost $400+ (that is for a generic one - not even the name brand)!!! i would say that's price gouging...
