Knight in Shining Armor installed a new heating and AC unit for my home and did a wonderful job! They provide very honest and reliable work and therefore have my full confidence for all of my HVAC needs.

they came out and did a repair and put in a new coil and when they turnd on the unit they blew fiberglass insulation thru the house and was still getting flakes the the house , I called Robert and he said to call somebody and he would reimburse me for the cost than said he would not pay for the clean up and just had the ducts cleaned a few month before hand, then he said I was bully him when he promised to pay, He thinks its ok for fiberglass to blow the the house.and also didn't finish the drain on pan liner .this has been on going for months. Got a lawyer to send a request to pay the bill and still he will not pay , do not use this guy , knight in shining armor more like knight in a hobo suit .. beware...call another company. Robert acts like a child , when confronted. not professional at all.I guess it is time to see him small claims court. and the better business bureau ,

Great company!! Very pleased with Gabriel's work he came out to fix my air and truly did a great job especially making sure that everything was done properly. This was my first time using the company but i would recommend them.

Robert diagnosed our heater problem in our rental unit and was able to repair it so it wouldn't rust through the pan in the ceiling. Very professional and would recommend highly.

I called one night after hours and they answered me immediately, and were happy to help. Robert showed up the next morning in the time frame they gave me and he took care of everything quickly! Robert even took the time to answer any questions I had as well! Great company and customer service!!

NISA is exactley that....a night in shining armor! I called them late yesterday afternoon about an estimate on a new install for a commercial property... they were here first thing this morning. Not only was Jeff professional in appearance, he is extremely knowledgeable in his industry. He also looked at my heaters for repairs and found they were working but the pilot lights were out. My heaters are working now....and he wouldn't even charge me for that! I will always reccomend NISA!!

This service company is prompt, communicates very well and has very skilled service technicians. I would recommend them to anyone. We are construction professionals and could use a verity of service pros. This company is very competent. I give them an A+!
