My A/C was not cooling and Robert came out within a couple of hours. Robert was very professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options. I can't tell you how many times Robert and his Knight in Shining Armor team have bailed me out of AC problems. In addition to my home I have several rental properties and flip homes as well. They have done everything from installing new systems and relocating existing systems to routine preventive maintenance and emergency service repairs. More than the high quality of their work, it is the trust I have in their honesty and professionalism that keeps me coming back.

Robert and his team did an incredible job. They were very professional and polite. A shout out to Caleb who asked if he could sweep our stairs and entrance way because some insulation had fallen. Things like that set this company apart from the rest. Thank you again Robert!

I’ve used Knight and Shining Armor twice once during the summer and once this fall. Both experiences were great. They worked so hard even staying until 3am to finish the job. My husband was very impressed with the quality of work and how clean they left the area after replacing our condenser. Then I used them when my heat wasn’t working and they called me and got us in right away. Very friendly and professional.

These guys know what they are doing. They came as promised and delivered. Robert was very professional and immediately identified the issue and got his team working on it. They also gave me some good tips on the heating and cooling dynamics of old houses. I will definitely continue using their services.

Knight in Shining Armor did a repair on our upstairs A/C and a replacement of our downstairs A/C system through a warranty claim. Robert did a great job of handling questions from the home warranty company and they completed the work in a timely fashion despite delays from the home warranty company. I would recommend them for home A/C repairs or replacement.

I recently had a air conditioner not working and my home warranty company referred us to this company for repairs. They were contacted on a Thursday but unable to come out for 5 days. After diagnosing our problem they were to call the home warranty company for approval. Unfortunately I was informed that no one would be able to call them because of the long call wait time. The home warranty company refused to approve repairs without the appropriate paperwork. I'm the homeowner stuck without air in the summer heat! I was able to get a supervisor to call him directly and repairs were approved after 4 more days and multiple calls that were not returned. Once repairs were completed the air conditioner still did not work. They then informed me that I needed more repairs and a expensive coil replaced. The home warranty company refused any more repairs which was actually a blessing because we called another company who came out the same day, and with in an hour our air conditioner was working. They informed me that the new part was not installed correctly and they had never replaced our air filter and had left it just sitting in attic. No I didn't need a expensive coil! Beware!

Robert has been so great to work with. I called him to come out and look at the A/C on a rental unit that I own. He came out that night and got everything squared away. He also gave me some tips on things I could do on my own to make things more efficiently. Not the first time I've used Knight in Shining Armor, won't be the last.

I was very pleased with Knight and Shining Armor. They came out and within minutes they figured out the problem with my AC/Heating unit(after 2 other companies had been out and couldn't figure it out). They were very knowledgeable and professional. Very respectful company. Came and installed a new unit in our house and was professional and fast. The unit needed a few tweaks so we called Robert and he came back and fixed the issue. Highly recommend this company.
