Would’ve left 1 star but had a hard time getting a fuse and they had it so 2 stars… waited over 10 minutes on curbside and no one brought my part , had to get off to wait another 5 minutes to be greeted to receive my part.

Great way of doing curbside I guess?

A bit pricey but they can get you what you need. Sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable and parts ordered online get here pretty quick as long as they are not back- ordered. I put in an order for a 5" ID pipe, and it took nearly 4 months to arrive, but there's nothing these guys can do about it if the manufacturer doesn't get it to them. Still, no one else I called could get me a 5" ID threaded pipe but Grainger came through.

Anabel helped with my warranties and she really helped me save and with out a problem she helped me out and gave me the best service anyone has shown me here at grainger

Went in on Thursday to place an order ..should've been here Friday didn't get till Monday and got the run around with customer service on the phone ...and it's a call center the store doesn't havenumbe where you can call so I went in and spoke with Management he didn't really want to help said he spoke with customer service and that the order wasn't in the system I refused to leave until he check and he was able to find it ...but I'm not satisfied at all ...maybe since I wasn't a big account ..

Great and fast service!!! The four stars is only because of covid, you can't walk around and browse the shelves.

The service was quick and I got what I needed . They're always good about that.
