West Austin Air has done 3 of my houses units and these guys are great. They keep their word and make sure that you are completely satisfied before leaving.

West Austin Air Conditioning has been amazing with their service. I bought a new house this past summer and needed them on a time crunch basis to inspect the house before I bought it. They came right away and assessed the A/C units and the amount of work needed to bring them up to date. They provided the expertise I needed and the comfort level to go thru with the purchase. They were able to do this even in the midst of their high season. Once I bought the house, I had them back to do the work. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional and they charged me within what they had originally estimated. They are a stand up company and I strongly recommend them.

Caleb is a great communicator on issues regarding my AC system. I had Caleb come out to install an air purifying system on my AC Units and to tune up the units as well. Thankfully, I had it done before the cold snap and my heating pumps and units were ready to go. I would highly recommend West Austin Air Conditioning LLC.

Caleb and Roger are THE BEST! They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and hard working. Going without AC in Texas is next to impossible and it was amazing to have these guys here to help. It was finally decided that the AC unit was dead (30 years old). This is a purchase NO ONE wants to make (we all have better ways to spend money) but it was necessary. The new unit was installed 12 hours later, oh and not to mention was the most cost effective of all the bids :)

Caleb provided good service at a reasonable price. Since moving to Austin I have searched for a reliable and honest(ly priced) service tech and I believe I have found that in Caleb. He seemed extremely busy (like all other HVAC techs in the summertime) and so came 30minutes later than appointment time (I was promptly informed of this).
Caleb finished the entire job without taking any shortcuts. While he did the maintenance tasks, he also fixed a dead capacitor on one of the units. The labor was charged but parts were within warranty and so he honored that. For the first time I saw an HVAC tech take the time to hose down the AC units and clean them. I have only heard of these steps being done by good AC techs, and now I am happy that I finally saw one do it as part of maintenance without high price tags.

Caleb, the owner of West Austin Air quickly got the blower motor in our LP gas central heat unit back running in minimal time and expense. Needed only to replace the starting capacitor ($10.00 part). No need to replace the motor or the entire HVAC system as a few other providers were recommending. I highly recommend West Austin Air.

The guys over at West Austin Air Conditioning are nothing short of honest and trustworthy. I have used them for both residential and commercial work and have only good things to say about the service received. They're not the type to overcharge or swindle people with problems that don't actually exist, unlike some of the bad actors floating around out there. In all instances they attended to my ailing ac units faster than I expected and got them back up and running with minimal down time.
