I like that they are locally-owned and operated. Caleb and the team have always been very responsive and timely in getting us up and running when we've had AC issues. Also, they knocked out installing a mini-split air conditioner in my garage to make it temperature controlled. I've been very happy with them vs the national companies.

Caleb and his team did a great job on our new house. We had a faulty part once we initially got power and they quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely use them again for any future builds and will continue to use them for preventative maintenance.

West Austin Air Conditioning has replaced several heat pump systems at different properties. Before I retired I used to own service business so I recognize a good, well run company. The last install was a tricky one without much room between the ceiling joists and concrete floor above. The initial thinking was the ceiling would have to come down to allow the work to proceed. Their service manager met with me and came up with a way to get the blower installed without expensive removal of structural elements and finishes. I recommend this company.

I love this company! I have used them for my work and home. I called Caleb and told him I had a classroom (students in it) with an a/c out. He was fast show up and was able to get it repaired the same day. At my house, I have had ongoing problems with a new a/c unit which was installed by another company. We worked with them several times and it would work for a few weeks/months and then the same problems would occur. We gave up calling them (under warranty) and because of the service I got at my office I asked West Austin A/C to check it out. The man who showed up was VERY knowledgeable about the unit we had and was able to find it had not been wired properly on the original installation. It has worked like a dream since but we have a problem, we will call them.
