West Austin Air Conditioning is awesome! This is the BEST Air Conditioning company in all of the greater Austin area! They came the same day and were even ahead of schedule . West Austin AC fixed the problem correctly and promptly. Caleb has been the most professional AC contractor that we have ever met. This is a company I can trust and refer to all my friends and family. West Austin Air Conditioning is the only AC Company I will ever use again.

Excellent work in replacing a faulty unit. Technically sound and perfect cleanup/cosmetics around the install. Turnaround times tended to drag, but that's super busy Austin. Should improve as the market cools.

Caleb was very prompt coming out to our house as soon as we called with our problem. Really professional and they do great work. We are so happy with our new duct system and vents!

Very disappointed. Initial contact was good but as soon as they came by to look at job, we were told we would receive an estimate. We reached out to them again and Caleb said he would once again get an estimate to us. We never received an estimate. Even thought we found a very honest company (Bo Knows AC) it was very frustrating to know that Caleb never even provided the customer service to say he was not interested, or the job it not worth my time or even over bid so that we can decline.

We have used Caleb's AC company for all of our AC problems for the past 3 years. Caleb is very professional and always gets us back to being cool ;P. Always on time and friendly. Jennifer his office manager made it very easy to get us on the schedule for a buyers check on a residential property. We will continue using Caleb for many years to come.

We used West Austin Air Conditioning when we were in a bind and needed service as soon as possible. I called in the morning and they came the same day. They were able to provide a temporary fix while we worked with our warranty carrier to determine coverage. Once we determined we wanted to get a new system, they were able to get it and install the full system the next day! And at a price much lower than others in the business told us to expect to pay. Their customer service was outstanding!
