The work was timely and thorough. Although they were able to come out the same day, I know that won't always be the case. So, I commend them for this, but I based my review on the excellence of the entire service experience. We will certainly use this team again, and we highly recommend their services!

110 degree Texas heat and the air conditioner stopped working. Called the company that warranted the AC when we bought the home and they couldn’t come out for over a week. We used West Austin Air Conditioning to service our HVAC and gave them a call. They scheduled me immediately and repaired our AC and had us up and running on the very same day. We highly recommend West Austin Air Conditioning and are extremely grateful for the customer service and expertise.

We recently had to change ac companies and had West Austin Air recommended. Very fast response. Had them do a preventative maintenance and replace an air handler. Went smooth.

Caleb and team are extremely professional and quick to respond to any issue/inquiry. They replaced our entire HVAC unit quickly when the older one failed. A later minor warranty issue was also addressed quickly and efficiently and we are happy to recommend West Austin Air Conditioning.

Caleb and Team are absolutely amazing. They've maintained our HVAC system basically since our house was built, and helped us with installing upgrade to Ecobee (along with providing the guidance of which smart thermostat would work best with the system we have). 11/10 would recommend.
