Called, we had no Heat cycle on the thermostat. Therefore no heat. They came out the same day as scheduled and repaired the thermostat. Much appreciated. It’s going to be 11° tonight. I think great company great office staff as well.

Weiss is a professional organization from the front desk to the technicians dispatched to our residence. The office manager was very friendly and responsive to my calls. The owner promptly returned a call to answer a number of questions. Scheduling for the installation of a new heating/cooling system was quick and correspondence regarding appointment time was thorough. The two technicians arrived on time, were polite, very careful of the house, walls and flooring during the process of removing the old equipment and replacing with the new. Two hardworking, extremely capable and qualified men. They completed the install in the time frame we were told to expect and left the house as they had found it only with a much more efficient HVAC system. Thank you for a job well done. We have used Weiss for a number of years now and without hesitation recommend them to others looking for an honest and dependable AC and Heating Company.

Weiss A/C and Heating was fabulous. Confirmed appointments, a human answered the phone, scheduled appropriately and arrived during the scheduled time. Steve, our technician was polite and extremely knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure the quality of work was done correctly and then explained to myself and my husband what the problems were and educated us on how to handle issues in the future.
