Weiss Air Conditioning and Heating

Had my AC set to 73, house is 81 and going up. Called Weiss, the tech came over right away and fixed the issue. Really awesome, great, guy.

Gregg and Craft cleaned out our dryer vent. They were very thorough and professional. The tested our dryer afterwards and cleanup up the work area.

Nick (the technician) was very nice, professional, prompt, personable, and explained everything in detail that was needed in ficing our A/C. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Weiss to anyone based our experience.

A duct was run from our main A/C system to a small, newly glassed in porch which will heat and cool at the same time as the heating and cooling functions to the downstairs part of our house. The workers were courteous and performed the vent & duct work in less than 4 hours. Then they cleaned up the work area so well you could not tell that any work had been done in the attic at all. The air in the small porch feels very comfortable now and the warm humidity previously noticed is no longer present.

Nick did a fantastic job. Service was prompt, professional, and a good value. I had another company come the previous day and they said the entire system needed replaced for several thousand dollars. Nick quickly identified it was just a short at the AC Unit and repaired it for a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Weiss AC and Heating was very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the reminders for regular maintenance and the ease of scheduling. They provide updates with when the service tech will arrive, and a photo of the tech who will be showing up. 100% recommend!

Greg Flint was an awesome technician. Took the time needed to service my HVAC system and is very knowledgeable. He didn’t rush and took his time to make sure everything was addressed.

This company is top notch. Knowledge staff and friendly. You will be updated every step of the process, from the initial diagnosis, to repair and a follow up appointment to check their work. Fair price also. I highly recommend this company and will continue using them in the future!

Two months ago original builders Thermostat failed. Weis responded quickly and resolved the issue by replacing with like thermostat as requested. Very satisfied.
Inside original coil failed due to failure of Lenox equipment installed by builder. Weis has now replaced both upstairs and downstairs coil due to same problem. They replaced with RUUD equipment. The first coil changed required no rework. Second replaced is flawlessly replaced. Botha crews showed up on time and were polite, knowledgeable and cleanup was very good post job. Nick Weis runs a great business. Probably the best I’ve seen in many many years. We’ve now signed up for there regular maintenance program. Thank you Tommy F
