Greg was on time. Answered all our questions & provided solicited feedback. Also, when we told him we were contemplating adding additional thermostat he contacted his service manger who arrived within 15 mins. Both explained so we could understand exactly how it would work. Although we deemed it not necessary at this time we may consider when units have to be replaced. They did not try to oversell us. Excellent service.
