Weiss Air Conditioning and Heating

AC quit kicking on last night. Called and left a voice message before they opened this morning. Promptly received a call that a technician could be at our house this morning. Greg arrived and has us up and running by 10:00 am. Greg was incredibly professional and great to have perform our service. He took the time to show and explain to me what exactly was wrong and what caused the issue. We have used Weiss for various services a few times and they have always been excellent. The super fast response may have been a moment of perfect timing with my call today, but that have always been very prompt and reliable. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need HVAC or dryer vent cleaning services.

Trust and Integrity is something that may be lost on some service companies, but in the case of our recent repairs, Greg and Ken should get the highest recognition! Our last visit involved a thorough inspection of our HVAC and uncovered some issues. Today they took care of them with ease and on top of that resolved an annoying noise coming from our intake vents. Instead of defaulting to what I would expect would be a long drawn out story about motors, bearings and a flux capacitor… they carefully troubleshot the issue, took the time and in the end adjusted the register fins and at the same time got a customer for life!! This company prides itself on customer satisfaction and we are beyond satisfied!! Job well done!
