James came out to check our a/c and he was very polite, and professional. Charged us just what he stated during the phone call. Very respectful and we would definitely use him again if every need. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Our AC fan broke off and we have little ones, a pregnant woman, and a 60+ year old in our house. James came out within the next two days and was able to install a new AC unit as well as fix our heating (which has been out for years now) at an very reasonable price compared to others in the market!

James came to the rescue. He was here 15-20 minutes tops and had my A/C working like a champ. James was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. came to the rescue within about 30 minutes I know that won't be the case every time but it was very helpfulmy house was 92° inside.

I called James and he was able to be at the property within 45 min, he was a lifesaver! This was after hours, where most companies had a 1 hr call back time! Thank you James the unit is working wonderfully, we appreciate your dedication!

James was quick to respond and worked late to make sure we had cool air conditioning as fast as possible. Gave me options, offered advise and even showed me where my filters were! Very professional and friendly.

He came out right away to check our AC (On a Saturday morning). He told me over the phone it might be the capacitor and that was the problem. He replaced it and added the refrigerant that was low, all for a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. We definitely recommend 1st Choice Air Repair. Very satisfied with the service received. Prompt response coming out to address one of our AC units not working. Identified the problem right away. Laid out what was needed, and what would be a cheap but prudent step beyond that (as our units are 15 years old). Didn't push any unnecessary or impudent up-sell.

James also did a seasonal check on the 2nd unit, explained and showed what was going on with it, and topped off the refrigerant gas at a fair price using a fair scale. He also included some extra maintenance that wasn't really part of what I paid for. I will use again, and can recommend First Choice Air Repair to anyone looking for residential HVAC servicing.

James showed up when he said he would, provided a competitive estimate,, completed the work in a timely manner and even after I paid in full, before the work was completed, he promptly returned and completed the work once the remaining materials arrived. I will definitely hire this company again.
